Target Audience:
This training is intended for judges and judicial staff, DHHS and private agency child welfare staff, prosecutors, attorney guardians ad litem, defense attorneys, law enforcement, and victim service providers.

Background and Purpose:
Human trafficking exploits the most vulnerable members of our society. Victims are forced into domestic servitude, commercial sex, debt bondage, and other forms of labor trafficking. The focus of this year’s conference will be on victims and victim services.


Is registration required?
Yes. Pre-registration is required. Walk-in/onsite registration is not accepted. Pre-registration does NOT guarantee a space at the conference. Upon pre-registering, you will receive an email notifying you that the registration form was submitted. You will receive a second email within 2 weeks to notify you whether your registration has been confirmed. You should submit your registration as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that your registration will be confirmed. .

Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to print and bring my registration confirmation to the event?
No. There will be a sign in sheet at the training registration desk outside of the meeting room.

The name on the registration doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. Please use the attendee's name only.

When do I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance via email within one week of the training. The certificates are for proof of attendance and tracking of participation hours.

What attire do you recommend?
The conference is business casual. Room temperature can fluctuate throughout the day. Please plan accordingly and dress in layers.

Is food provided?
A continental breakfast will be provided, as well as lunch.
